No matter how far I go- personally or professionally – I will always be a son of Guam. This one is about how I couldn’t wait to leave, yet with time, realizing just how much I miss it.
‘Home, I have learned, is not only the place where we stay. Sometimes it is the place that teaches us how to leave, and then waits, patiently, for us to discover all the ways we still belong to it.’
