Digestive Cancers Europe (DiCE) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“DiCE was proud to participate in the TOGAS EU project Closing Meeting in Riga, bringing the patient and public voice into the future of gastric cancer prevention in Europe
During the meeting, DiCE contributed with presentations focused on:
- Patient feedback from TOGAS’ pilot study participants (by Juliana Calheiros)
- Public perspectives from over 20,000 citizens across Europe (by Marianna Vitaloni, Ph.D.)
- Communication & dissemination strategies to ensure TOGAS results reach patients, professionals, and policymakers in a clear and accessible way (by Laura Urena)
As TOGAS enters its final stage, one message remains clear: future gastric cancer screening strategies must be built not only on scientific evidence, but also on the experiences, expectations, and needs of patients and communities.
DiCE will continue to support the dissemination of TOGAS results and help make them understandable and useful for all stakeholders.”
