Dean Crowe, Founder and CEO of the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Laughter like this doesn’t just happen. It grows out of trust, joy, and a workplace where people feel truly connected. I’m grateful for a team that works hard, laughs often, and keeps me on my toes.
Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research’s shared values and culture show up in how we work together every day. My team decided to demonstrate it.
They pulled off the ‘Anything but a Cup’ prank during our first all-staff meeting of the year, and it took 15 minutes before I noticed.”
Emily Kallos, Vice President of Development at Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, shared this post, adding:
“Our first team meeting of 2026 at Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research is one I won’t forget.
We kicked off the year with a little fun, pranking our Founder and CEO, Dean Crowe, by showing up drinking from anything but a cup. My personal choice? A red mixing bowl.
The work we do at Rally is deeply serious. Together with our community, we are focused on finding better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures for children fighting cancer.
At the same time, we believe laughter, connection, and trust matter. Taking moments to have fun and bond makes us stronger – and better equipped for the work ahead.
I am grateful for this team, our culture, and the year in front of us. Here’s to an impactful 2026.”
