“Here’s a nice RT plan from Chris Goodman’s PREVENT RCT.
Standard arm: 20 Gy/5 or 30 Gy/10
Experimental arm: 35 Gy/5 with allowance for a hot spot (in this case 44 Gy/5)
Arrows show esophageal sparing to ~ 20 Gy/5, PTV compromised in that area.”
