“New in Cancer Cell: Tumors leverage hypoxia to “lock” infiltrating Neutrophils into a terminally aged, CCL3-hi state. This triggers an autocrine CCL3-CCR1 survival loop that sustains TANs, and fuels tumor progression across multiple cancer types.”
