“Very pleased to share another step forward for men living with HRR-mutated prostate cancer. The FDA has granted Priority Review for our supplemental application for an investigational PARP inhibitor + ARPI combination regimen, seeking to expand its use to men with HRR gene-mutated metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). For men with HRR-driven prostate cancer, treating earlier in the hormone-sensitive setting may help slow the disease before it becomes more difficult to control. If approved, this combination regimen could provide a new treatment option for patients, with the potential to extend the time they live without their cancer progressing.”
