A Time to Come Together and Take Action – Childhood Cancer International

Childhood Cancer International shared a post on LinkedIn:

“September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. A time to come together, raise our voices, and take action.

The gold ribbon is more than a symbol—it represents the strength, courage, and resilience of children and adolescents affected by cancer. It also reminds us of the urgent need to improve outcomes, reduce inequalities, and support families worldwide.

This Gold September 2025, we shine a light on the real challenges faced by childhood cancer communities—from access to care and psychosocial support to long-term survivorship and advocacy.

With over 40 childhood cancer survivors from across the globe as members, SurNet is proud to add its voice to the millions speaking out this month.

Together, we are committed to:

  • Raising awareness of the long-term needs of childhood cancer survivors
  • Promoting better quality of life through research, collaboration, and advocacy
  • Championing health equity and survivor-centered care across regions

Join us in standing in solidarity with children, teens, survivors, families, and healthcare professionals. By sharing their stories and supporting their needs, we turn insight into action and hope into progress.

Let’s speak with one strong, united voice. Every action brings us closer to a world where no child fights cancer alone.”
