Cancer Institute NSW shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The Cancer Institute NSW is proud to award $7.5 million to new research focused on transforming discoveries from the lab into real-world care.
The Translational Program Grants will support two leading researchers, Professor Paul Keall and Professor Anthony Gill from University of Sydney. They are working to advance radiotherapy innovations, and integrate a less invasive approach to cancer diagnosis and monitoring into routine care.
By continuing to invest in novel research over the next 5 years, we hope to see rapid advancements in cancer prevention, treatment, survival and quality of life – improving outcomes for people impacted by cancer across the state, and beyond.
