“The Cancer Institute NSW has proudly awarded $1.8 million to support new, world class research infrastructure.

The Research Equipment Grants help to accelerate cancer research and realise clinical benefits, with each recipient receiving $600,000 to help fund state-of-the-art technology integral to their research.

We are thrilled to support the following 2025 Grant recipients:

  • Professor Hilda Pickett, University of Sydney
  • Professor Nicole Verrills, University of Newcastle
  • A/Professor Emily Blyth, University of Sydney
