City Cancer Challenge (C/Can) shared on LinkedIn:
“Commitments to improve cancer care keep growing at global and national level.
Whether patients actually feel the difference still depends on what happens in countries, in cities, in their hospitals, health departments and communities.
C/Can and All.Can International have signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding to help close the cancer care implementation gap , the distance between policy and practice.
The goal is to generate evidence on the value of system-level, locally owned solutions that improve access to quality cancer care, and support multi-stakeholder initiatives that strengthen health systems.
C/Can will contribute data, evidence and experience from the cities we work with to support All.Can’s advocacy.
This real-world insight will inform policy at local, national and global levels and help place cancer care within broader health agendas.
On the ground, we will explore joint programmes that combine All.Can’s network with C/Can’s expertise and amplify each other’s work through coordinated communications and joint events.
The collaboration was announced today, 13 October, at All.Can Global Dialogues 2026 in Brussels, by Eduardo Pisani, CEO of All.Can, and Mathieu Morand, Director of the C/Can’s Accelerator Hub.
We look forward to the work ahead with All.Can and to sharing what we learn along the way.”
