“I joined Fuse a little over a year ago, after spending my whole career on the clinical side of radiation oncology. Reading James’s look back at these five years reminded me exactly why I made the jump.
The mission is the reason I’m here: get patients from consult to treatment in a fraction of the time, without adding to the load on the teams doing the work. That one isn’t a tagline to me. I spent years in departments where patients waited weeks to start, and I know what closing that gap would mean.
