Ruben Mesa, President of Cancer National Service Line at Advocate Health, and President of Atrium Health Levine Cancer, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Grand Opening Breast Imaging Center and Creticos Cancer Center at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center!
Our Creticos Cancer Center is named after Dr. Angelo P. Creticos, a transformative physician who believed in care for all and this remains core to our mission and aligns with Advocate Health Purpose to not only provide care for all, but redefine care for all.
Here, you’ll find a comprehensive array of services that has redefined care to support our cancer patients. Multidisciplinary clinics (medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology), infusion services, navigation and support services – all housed in one comprehensive center so patients and families can receive support in one visit and in one location.
One of the most transformative additions to our center is the state-of-the-art Breast Imaging Center. With this expansion, we anticipate performing an additional 3,500 breast cancer screenings annually, significantly increasing access to early detection and care.”
