“Some innovation but mostly erosion of standards.
One of the biggest surprises for me was that the commonest endpoint now is not even PFS. It is just tumor shrinkage (ORR). We are using drugs based on ‘not even PFS’. And many of these response-based approvals are full regular approvals.
These trends deeply concern me.”
