“Today, CMS issued its Interim Final Rule regarding state-level Medicaid work requirements.
As state and federal policymakers move forward with implementing this framework in 43 states, ASCO is analyzing the guidelines to see how they impact oncology care. We will continue to engage with regulators to track how these patient protections are managed across the cancer care continuum.
