Amil Družić, Oncology and Radiotherapy Resident at the Clinical Center University of Sarajevo, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A memorable highlight of the 1st European School of Oncology Head and Neck Cancers Refresher in Brussels: our faculty’s visit to the Italian Ambassador’s residence.
Together with ESO CEO Dr. Alberto Costa , our teaching faculty received a wonderfully warm welcome from Her Excellency Federica Favi at the Italian Embassy in Brussels. Given the European School of Oncology’s strong Italian roots, and my own formative observership in Milan, this gathering was especially meaningful.
It was the perfect setting for our international experts to connect outside the lecture hall and celebrate our shared mission of cross-border collaboration in oncology.
Deepest thanks to Her Excellency for the gracious hospitality, and to Dr. Costa for sharing this special occasion with our team!”
