Al-Ola Abdallah: Can Ramantamig Deliver Durable Disease Control With Less Intensive Treatment?

Al-Ola Abdallah, Associate Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center, shared on X:

“Ramantamig: Deep Responses, Durable Control and Outpatient Potential Updated phase I TRILogy – 1 findings in triple – class exposed relapsed refractory multiple myeloma are encouraging.

Among 47 BCMA GPRC5D – naïve patients treated at the recommended phase II dose:

  • 93.6% overall response rate
  • 78.7% achieved complete response or better
  • MRD negativity: 95% at 10⁻⁵ (19/20) and 93.3% at 10⁻⁶ (14/15) among evaluable patients
  • Estimated 24-month PFS: 81.3%, with median follow-up of 21.8 months
  • Median duration of response not reached

Subcutaneous dosing every 4 weeks, with an option to extend to 8 weeks.

In the dedicated outpatient cohort (n=30), 93.3% completed step – up dosing and 79.3% completed the first treatment dose as outpatients. With prophylactic tocilizumab used in 96.6%, CRS occurred in 10% at step-up dosing and 6.7% at the first treatment dose – all grade 1.”
