AIM-HI Accelerator Fund shared a post on LinkedIn:
“AIM-HI portfolio company Clasp Therapeutics has announced encouraging preclinical data for CLSP-5282, a first-in-class KRas-directed T-cell engager (TCE) designed to target KRas G12V-mutant cancers.
The data demonstrated:
- Potent mutation-specific tumor killing
- Strong anti-tumor activity in preclinical models
- Enhanced activity in tumors resistant to KRas inhibitors
- Potential for rational dual-KRas targeting
Clasp plans to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application in 2026, marking an important step toward clinical development.
Congratulations to the Clasp team on this milestone.”
