“As the pediatric hematology and oncology community gathers this week at ASPHO 2026, we’re proud to continue building Pediatric, Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer (PAYAC), a new open access journal from the American Cancer Society dedicated to advancing research and improving outcomes for children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer.
This international, multidisciplinary publication will serve as a platform for sharing discoveries across the field, from prevention and early detection to treatment and survivorship.
Led by inaugural Editor-in-Chief Dr. Nirali Shah, PAYAC is now accepting submissions, with the first issue expected in late summer.
We look forward to working alongside this community to help bring important pediatric and AYA oncology research to a wider audience.
