“The FDA has approved daraxonrasib for certain patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. MSK’s Eileen M O’Reilly led the phase 3 trial at MSK showing it doubled median survival compared with chemotherapy.

‘To date in my career, I have not seen this level of benefit from any single anti-cancer drug in this disease.’
