The European Liquid Biopsy Society (ELBS) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Continuing our commitment to advancing cancer research!
Klaus Pantel, Chairman of ELBS, recently presented at the XI Liquid Biopsy Symposium in Santiago de Compostela, Spain (Jan 22–24, 2026).
His talk, titled ‘European Initiatives for Early Detection of Cancer and Minimal Residual Disease,’ highlighted how crucial it is to join forces and collaborate internationally to effectively advance innovations in early cancer detection.
A special highlight was also the presentation by Catherine Alix-Panabières on Liquid biopsy and minimal residual disease (MRD). Her insights contribute significantly to our understanding of how liquid biopsies can improve monitoring and treatment strategies.
Proud to see ELBS contributing to global discussions on this important topic.”
