- 45% received no prophylaxis
- Risk PCP w/prophylaxis 0.8% versus 0.3%
- PJP prophylaxis severe AE 3.1%
- Consider risk-adapted approach w/prophylaxis for ↑↑/prolonged steroids or severe lymphopenia.”
