“On Monday, the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously passed the Mikaela Naylon Give Kids A Chance Act, legislation that will accelerate pediatric cancer treatments and expand access to life-saving therapies for children battling rare diseases.
The bill strengthens incentives to develop drugs for children and patients with rare diseases, ensuring scientific innovations can benefit even the smallest populations.
ACS CAN applauds the House for championing this critical bipartisan bill and urges the Senate to swiftly pass this bill.”
