“Delighted the Irish Cancer Society won Charity of the Year at the 2025 Charity Excellence Awards last night, hosted by Charities Institute Ireland.
Cancer is one of the toughest challenges anyone can face. Thanks to our amazing staff, volunteers, board and donors, no-one in Ireland has to go through it alone. Our research, services and advocacy are saving lives and improving the lives of children and adults with cancer across Ireland.
None of this would be possible without the compassion, dedication and determination of our whole team. It was great to celebrate the difference we’re making together last night and to honour the collective impact of the charity sector which is transforming lives in every community in Ireland.”
