“POPART trial (n=100): Post-op SABR (32.5 Gy/5fx) for BCR after prostatectomy
- well-tolerated; late more than G2 GU 7.5%, GI 1%
- 2-yr BRFS approximately 79% (PSA↓ to 0.028 ng/mL)
- SBRT prostate bed salvage equal promising, needs longer follow-up.”
