“Thank you to MSHO for asking me to share how ASCO supports our State Affiliates. Sitting on the panel discussion with Dr Jerome Winegarden (MSHO) and Mr Sean McCarson ( NCCN), and moderated by current MSHO President, Dr Philip Kuriakose, was fabulous.
Having worked with Past- President Dr Winegarden and meeting Mr McCarson was such an honor – all of us share the common goal of amplifying the physician and patient voice through each of our organizations.
And to be present to celebrate the 40th anniversary of MSHO and hearing about all their past contributions courtesy of an old ASCO colleague, Dr Phil Stella was such a treat. MSHO is a role model for state affiliates and ASCO is so fortunate to have them as one of our own affiliates!
