Ishwaria Subbiah: Clinician Wellbeing wisdom on vacation and your sleep health
Ishwaria Subbiah shared on X:
“Clinician Wellbeing wisdom on vacation and your sleep health
from HBR:
- You can reduce or eliminate your sleep deficit when on vacation
- Just 60-90 mins more of sleep a night can improve both memory and concentration
- Vacation also allows you to reset sleep patterns that can improve your mood and cognition beyond the vacation itself!
Spent a few days hiking in Yosemite National Park — our US National parks and the National Park Service team are the absolute best. Take the break and unplug.”
