“Had a wonderful time chatting with our Moffitt Cancer Center trainees yesterday at the Moffitt Postdoc Association’s Coffee with a Scientist event!
Three pieces of career and life advice I shared with them:
1. Learn to lead one person well first (yourself).
2. Focus on one thing and do it really well (rather than tackle 1,000 superficially and not succeed at any).
3. Don’t worry so much, it doesn’t accomplish anything.”
