“Nice CIBMTR study of CAR-T outcomes for DLBCL in CR led by my former Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center colleagues Trent Wang and Antonio Jimenez Jimenez. I’m a little disappointed that outcomes are not better in this group with 2 yr PFS 44%.”

“Outcomes for DLBCL in CR at time of CAR-T infusion from CIBMTR:
– 134 patients, median 3 LOT
– 2-yr PFS 44%, OS 64%
– no diff in outcomes if PET done <1 vs >1 month before CAR
Outcomes same as active disease. Would be great to study RT v chemo bridging. ”
