Wafik S. El-Deiry: We wish Josephine Chen well in her future career in medicine
Wafik S. El-Deiry shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Very proud of Josephine Chen and congratulate her on decision to attend the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine where she will be starting as a medical student this summer.
Josephine just graduated from Brown University and was an eldeiry lab member for the last couple of years.
During her time in the lab, she worked on unraveling synergies between Imipridones such as ONC201 and temozolomide with regard to the integrated stress response. She recently presented part of her work at the AACR24 meeting in San Diego and currently we’re working on her manuscript. During the American Association for Cancer Research meeting I stopped by her poster to speak about her findings.
We wish her well in her future career in medicine.”
