“Our effort in establishing state-of-the-art thalassemia blood transfusion services at Post Graduate Institute of Child Health, Noida, UP.
We are presently supporting more than 150 thalassemic patients receiving regular transfusions from our blood centre.
The blood centre provides 100% leukoreduced, 100% Chemileumenesence screened and 100% NAT tested blood units.
The department will initiate Rh and Kell matched units in the coming months for all thalassemia patients at PGICH, Noida and aim to provide safest possible blood for our patients.”
