Jan-Henning Klusmann: Honor to participate in St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital transcriptopathy meeting
Jan-Henning Klusmann, Professor of Pediatrics at the Goethe University Frankfurt, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“It is an honor to participate in the recent St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital transcriptopathy meeting in Key Largo. This assembly of esteemed colleagues and leading experts provided a comprehensive forum on the latest advances in understanding transcription factor dysregulation and its implications in hematological disorders.
Anna-Lena Schmell presented our new work utilizing CRISPR technology to screen for novel therapeutics aimed at treating preleukemia in pediatric patients. Her approach and potential therapeutic strategies represent a stride toward preempting the progression to leukemia.
The picturesque setting of Key Largo provided a conducive backdrop for professional exchange and thought-provoking discussion, reflecting the commitment of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fostering innovation in clinical research.”
