“Just published! Our article studying tolerability and effectiveness of Palbociclib in older women with metastatic breast cancer.
- While grade 3 toxicity occurred frequently, most were managed by dose reductions: good tolerability.
- Median PFS 12 months, median OS 31-32 months.”
