Max Kates: US Trends in Diagnoses of Bladder Cancer Subtypes

Max Kates, Director of Division of Urologic Oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, shared a post on X about recent paper he and colleagues co-authored:

“National trends in diagnoses of subtype histologies in bladder cancer.

Here our group shows rising rates of variant bladder cancer-which are increasingly becoming not so rare and to which we have little data to guide treatment decisions.”
