At Rwanda-Jefferson Day, our Executive Director, Dr. Christian Ntizimira, joined a panel on Expanding Access to Safe Prevention, Therapeutics, and Supportive Care through Multisectoral Global Collaboration.
He spoke from experience:
- Pain medications are often not accessible.
- Regulations can delay access to care.
- Palliative care is often overlooked.
With government, civil society, and private sector voices present, the session explored how collaboration can help close gaps and improve access to care.”
