New Study Finds Walking for an Hour a Day Improves Cancer Survival – ALK Positive

‘We hear that “exercise is medicine” and now the CHALLENGE trial confirms it’s true.
The good news is not much more required than sneakers and 3-4 brisk 45-60 min walks per week to improve survival.'”
