Sanjay Juneja: The Extent of Your Ability Lives and Dies by the Charitable Time People Invest Into you
Sanjay Juneja, Vice President of Tempus AI Clinical Operations, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“3rd year in BusinessReport’s ‘500 Most Powerful and Influential Business and Community Leaders in the Capital Region’. I’ve said it a hundred times but still can’t say it enough – the extent of your ability lives and dies by the charitable time people put into and invest into you.
If i’ve been humbled to one new thing the past year, it was being in the newer role of being the person to teach and enable things learned, to those clearly fall more competent and brilliant. and if the fulfillment was rich from new understanding, it holds no light to giving vision or clarity to the extraordinary, and watching what they go and do with it. There’s no strength a finger can hold, compared to five put together into a fist, yall. and productive change requires a pounding to go forward.”
