“Radiographic & Clinical PFS as Surrogates for OS in Prostate Cancer shows promise in accelerating trials!
– However, it’s important to consider the limitations inherent in retrospective analyses and the need for prospective validation in different patient populations.
– It’s necessary to confirm these with different mechanisms, like ADT combined with new potent androgen receptor inhibitors.”
