“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Anti-BCMA CAR T cells over-expressing granzyme B-NOXA fusion protein show improved killing of myeloma in both in vitro and in xenograft mouse models in vivo by localizing NOXA to cytotoxic granules and inhibition of MCL-1.”
