“I don’t agree with the dismissal of the implications of SONIA and limiting SONIA results only to elderly and frail patients (that’s not SONIA’s population anyway) but am very happy to see these important issues of suboptimal control arms, crossover, post-progression treatments, NI margins etc being discussed.
We need more discussions about these issues in the broader oncology community. More open conversations about this. Enjoyed reading the paper even though I didn’t agree with some sections.”
