Hepatotoxicity to Ribociclib is rather common (9% g3/g4) – Dr Sarah Sammons
Hepatotoxicity to Ribociclib is rather common (9% g3/g4). I have had 4 cases now responsive only to steroids after not relenting with cessation alone. Nice case reports below. We need to study this more, seems autoimmune in some cases.
