Humaid Al-Shamsi, Founder and Director of Medical Oncology at Burjeel Medical City, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Yesterday, we signed an MoU with the European Institute of Oncology at Abu Dhabi Global Health Week.
This marks a new chapter in strengthening our international collaborations with world-class cancer centers—expanding access to cutting-edge clinical trials and elevating the quality of care for our patients.
At Burjeel Cancer Institute | BCI , we remain committed to advancing cancer care regionally and globally through impactful partnerships around the world.
Our first patient from the UAE already started the European Institute of Oncology on a phase III clinical trial that is not available in the UAE.
