Françoise Meunier: Honored to participate in the Francophone Writing Contest “At the Heart of Words”
Françoise Meunier, Founder of the European Initiative on Ending Discrimination Against Cancer Survivors, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This week, as a member of the jury chaired by the writer Atiq Rahimi, I had the honor of participating in Monaco in the award ceremony of the 4th edition of the Francophone Writing Contest “At the Heart of Words” on the theme “My Difference, My Strength”.
This great initiative highlights discrimination and celebrates diversity. It was inspiring to see so many determined voices rise up in favour of equality and inclusion, in the presence of HRH Princess Caroline and many renowned personalities.
This 4th edition brought together students from 47 countries, whose mission was to interview people who have overcome discrimination and to produce a text in French. Thank you very much for giving such visibility to this essential cause.
Thank you also to the association “At the Heart of Words”, to its founding president, Hilde Haneuse and to the honorary president, H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, for their commitment to empowering young people and breaking down barriers.
You can watch the awards ceremony here.”
