Udhayvir Grewal: Poorly differentiated GEP carcinomas should be treated as adenocarcinomas
Udhayvir Grewal, Resident Physician at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport Academy Medical Centre, shared a post on X:
“Every poorly differentiated gastroenteropancreatic carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation should be treated like an adenocarcinoma, no matter how strong the neuroendocrine differentiation is.
Neuroendocrine differentiation is typically a poor prognostic sign. Carbo etop has little to no activity.”
