I will discuss how transcriptomic analysis and AI-based predictive tools are transforming chemotherapy selection for pancreatic cancer patients. Our work focuses on identifying predictive biomarkers to guide treatment decisions, optimizing therapeutic strategies in a challenging clinical landscape.
