“The American healthcare system spent more than $600 billion on prescription drugs in 2021 alone. The U.S. pharmacy supply chain is severely flawed and designed to maximize the profit of participants instead of improving the quality, convenience, and cost-effectiveness for consumers.
To create a necessary change, it will take many players coming together with innovative thinking who are passionate about improving pharmacy care, drug costs, and health outcomes. While that is possible, we must be willing to do the right thing, with the right partners, to make prescription drugs accessible and affordable for everyone.”
