Esosa Omoregie: I am now a proud member of the Association of Southeastern Biologists

Esosa Omoregie, Graduate Research Assistant at the Department of Biology at Georgia Southern University, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I am excited to share that I am now a proud member of the Association of Southeastern Biologists (ASB).

This membership reflects my ongoing commitment to advancing biological research and fostering collaborations within the scientific community.

As someone deeply engaged in pharmaceutical research and discoveries, my work focuses on understanding the intricate mechanisms behind cellular processes, including the roles of aquaporins in tumor growth and metastasis. Aquaporins are fascinating proteins that regulate water flow across cell membranes, playing critical roles in various physiological and pathological conditions. By linking these molecular insights to broader biological frameworks, I hope to contribute to cutting-edge solutions in cancer research and therapeutic development.

Being part of ASB provides an incredible platform to connect with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas, and stay at the forefront of biological innovation.

I look forward to leveraging this opportunity to deepen my expertise and expand my impact in the fields of biology and biomedicine.”
