Combating gender disparities in cancer care: ECO’s Women And Cancer report
European Cancer Organisation shared a post on X:
“For too long, healthcare policies in Europe have failed to address the specific needs and conditions of women.
– An estimated 12 million women in Europe live with cancer;
– Another 1.2 million are diagnosed with cancer each year;
– Nearly 600,000 die from it annually.
Enough is enough!
ECO has released its Women And Cancer report, with recommendations to combat gender disparities in Cancer Care.
