“It’s become an end-of-year tradition at Nature Medicine to ask leading researchers to name their top clinical trials to watch in the new year. So here we go again!
These are the 11 clinical trials to watch in 2025. This year’s selection is quite broad, and covers trials from gene therapies for prion disease and sickle-cell disease to digital tools for cancer and mental health, and home gardening for climate-related malnutrition.
