Roupen Odabashian: How physicians should start learning?
Roupen Odabashian, Internal Medicine Physician and Hematology/Oncology Fellow at Karmanos Cancer Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“How physicians (Or anyone) should start learning?
As a physician, studying and learning has been an integral part of my life for many years.
What started as a professional necessity has evolved into an enjoyable habit. While it may sound unusual, I genuinely love the process of learning and studying.
Over the years, I’ve developed various techniques to enhance my understanding and accelerate learning across different concepts.
Initially, I combined video and audio materials, then incorporated whiteboard use for brainstorming and gaining new perspectives.
Later, I extensively used flashcards, particularly Anki.
The most significant transformation in my learning approach came with AI tools.
Now I can interact with AI like having a teacher available 24/7, asking questions about any topic and making complex subjects more accessible.
I believe that properly utilizing AI tools will dramatically enhance human learning capabilities and comprehension across various subjects.
I created this video to share these insights with others exploring similar learning paths.
Feel free to share your thoughts or experiences using AI for learning in the comments below.”
