Estela Rodriguez: Honoring heroes at FLASCO’s Living with Lung Cancer event
Estela Rodriguez, Associate Director of Community Outreach and Co-Lead of Thoracic Site Disease Group of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, posted the following on X:
“Surrounded by healthcare heroes I admire for their passion and dedication to improve the lives of lung cancer survivors with Maria Rueda Lara (psych onc), Sylvester Cancer Center, and Amparo Alvarez (lung navigator) at Mount Sinai Miami during the FLASCO Living with Lung Cancer event.”
Estela (Estelamari) Rodriguez is Associate Director of Community Outreach and Co-Lead of Thoracic Site Disease Group of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. She has a special interest in the early detection of lung cancer and increasing access to clinical trials.
